Calling all members… it is time for the ANNUAL MEETING of the Manchaug Pond Foundation!
Saturday morning, August 24th at the Dining Hall of the YMCA Camp Blanchard, Manchaug Road in Sutton on the shores of Manchaug Pond, we will hold our annual business meeting – 10th for the Foundation and 52st for the MPA! Pay your dues online today or at the door to attend! 9:30 AM coffee and donuts will be offered prior to the start of the meeting.
Agenda to include:
- Approval of the minutes
- Treasurer’s financial report for 2018 and 2019 to date
- Election of directors by the members
- Election of new officers by the Board of Directors
- Setting the budget for 2020
- Presentation of awards for the 2019 Boat Decorating Contest
- Old and new business from the membership.
Guest speaker: No speaker this year.
