The Race

Run, walk or cheer 'em on! for this 5K Road Race and 3K Walk event to benefit the Manchaug Pond Foundation.

Runners, walkers, and strollers welcome! Rain or shine. Please, no headphones.
Parking at the Start/Finish line beginning at 8:00 AM at 19 Holt Road, Sutton, Massachusetts.
Registration opens at 8:30 AM at the start.
Race starts at 9:30 AM at the starting line at 19 Holt Road, Sutton.

The Course

5K (3.1 mile) course for runners and 3K (1.86 mile) course for walkers. Well-monitored by numerous course volunteers along the way and at every turn.
One WATER STATION on the course roadside at Y Camp Blanchard and another at the Finish Line.
RESTROOMS available at the start/finish and on the course at the Y Camp Blanchard facility.

THE DAM RACE is a 5K (3.1 mile) course for runners that takes participants for a scenic trek along the eastern shore and roadsides of Manchaug Pond. Walkers will enjoy a 3K (1.9 mile) route. The start and finish line at 19 Holt Road in Sutton offers ample parking for contestants and spectators. There will be a turn-around location mid-race with a water station, where volunteers will control traffic and ensure safety. Prizes, runners' raffle and refreshments post-race!
