The Race
Run, walk or cheer 'em on! for this 5K Road Race and 3K Walk event to benefit the Manchaug Pond Foundation.
- Runners, walkers, and strollers welcome! Rain or shine. Please, no headphones.
- Parking at the Start/Finish line beginning at 8:00 AM at 19 Holt Road, Sutton, Massachusetts.
- Registration opens at 8:30 AM at the start.
- Race starts at 9:30 AM at the starting line at 19 Holt Road, Sutton.

Overall top three winners in both Men's & Women's categories:

The Course
- 5K (3.1 mile) course for runners and 3K (1.86 mile) course for walkers. Well-monitored by numerous course volunteers along the way and at every turn.
- One WATER STATION on the course roadside at Y Camp Blanchard and another at the Finish Line.
- RESTROOMS available at the start/finish and on the course at the Y Camp Blanchard facility.
THE DAM RACE is a 5K (3.1 mile) course for runners that takes participants for a scenic trek along the eastern shore and roadsides of Manchaug Pond. Walkers will enjoy a 3K (1.9 mile) route. The start and finish line at 19 Holt Road in Sutton offers ample parking for contestants and spectators. There will be a turn-around location mid-race with a water station, where volunteers will control traffic and ensure safety. Prizes, runners' raffle and refreshments post-race!
