Start the season on Manchaug Pond with the Members’ Social this Saturday morning, June 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.! Many years ago, Bob and Jacquie organized the first social with the idea of just coming together over a cup of coffee at the start of the summer season to renew friendships and catch up after the winter season with many spending time in warmer climates or at the year-round home off the lake.
As usual, we’ll come together in the Dining Hall of the YMCA Camp Blanchard facility on Manchaug Pond for coffee and a homemade breakfast buffet. Coffee is on at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m.
Activities will be available for the little ones! Come one, call all!
MPF Logo Gear will be on sale from baseball hats to tee shirts to fleece and more, lake photos, Manchaug Pond Lake Art wall art, cribbage boards, trays to order as well as playing cards, mugs and more!
Flares for the Lighting of the Shoreline and for your Safe Boating equipment will be available for purchase.
Participate in the 50/50 raffle and enter your vessel in the Annual Boat Decorating Contest scheduled for Sunday, July 7th.
All are welcome to join a a member of the Manchaug Pond Foundation – to be part of the continued effort of advocacy, education and action in the preservation of Manchaug Pond! Come early and stay late: help with setup and cleanup, sign up for a committee, offer a new idea, or just come in to say hello, buy a hat, and have a coffee!
