The Douglas Planning Board meeting on Weds. March 27, 2024 at 7:00 pm hopefully will include an update on the BlueWave Solar 45 Oak St. Solar project which is directly affecting Manchaug Pond and the watershed.
45 Oak St. Solar : Erosion, runoff, and pumping has resulted in discharge of sediment and sediment-laden water from the construction site causing significant impacts to the neighborhood, Oak St, Douglas and Holt and Torrey Roads, Sutton, and wetland and water resources of Manchaug Pond, Stevens Pond and the greater Mumford River.
