Members’ Annual Meeting

DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST, THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SUNDAY, AUGUST 29TH. SAME TIME AND LOCATION.
Calling all members… it is time for the ANNUAL MEETING of the Manchaug Pond Foundation! This year it will be held Saturday morning, August 29th at 10:00 a.m. (rain date of August 30th), at the Overlook 54 Waters Road, Sutton.
With issues relating to the pandemic causing the closure of local facilities and mandated precautions, the meeting will be held outdoors with a rain date of Sunday, August 30, 10:00 a.m. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Bottles of water will be available. Please conform to the Massachusetts recommendations concerning precautions for Coronavirus during the meeting.

- Moment of Silence for the Members who have Passed
- Approval of the Minutes from 8/24/2019
- Budget Reports
- 2019 Actual vs. Budget
- 2020 Year to Date Actuals
- 2021 Budget Presentation and Approval
- Election of Directors for a 2 year Term
- Bylaw Changes
- Business Update
- Old and New Business from the Members Present.
No speaker this year and no brunch buffet will be served.
Anyone is welcome to attend – only members in good standing who are owners or occupants of parcels or real estate contiguous to Manchaug Pond, or have rights of access, are eligible to vote.
If you haven’t already, take a moment to make your tax-deductible dues donation online or mail in to Manchaug Pond Foundation, P. O. 154, Manchaug, MA 01526. All donations large and small are greatly appreciated and contribute to our important work for Manchaug Pond and its use.
