As part of WORCESTER CYANOBACTERIA MONITORING COLLABORATIVE (WCMC)

The Worcester Cyanobacteria Monitoring Collaborative (WCMC) is a group of trained volunteer community scientists that tracks cyanobacteria activity at our local lakes and ponds. May through October, volunteers from Manchaug Pond Foundation and Stevens Pond collect samples twice a month, bring to the WCMC lab for analysis, and even do some analysis themselves at the Saturday drop by examining under the microscope.
