- Directors are elected by the Membership at the Annual Meeting in August.
- Serve a 2 year term.
- Meet during the months of January, March, May, June, July, August, September, November, and as needed.
- The number of Directors set by the Bylaws shall be no less than eight and no more than 24.
- Officers are elected by the Directors.
- Serve a 2 year term or until a successor is elected and qualified.
- President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Membership Secretary, and Communication Secretary.
- Other officers may serve from time to time with duties and powers as designated by the Directors.
