Gets its name because its corolla is covered with sticky glands. Its white flowers appear in June and July, after the small, oval, leathery leaves have emerged. It is regarded as vulnerable to extinction at the edge of its range in New Hampshire and Maine. Found in wetlands and along lake shorelines.
