Saturday, October 18th another successful road race was held by the Manchaug Pond Foundation whose Fundraising Committee organized and delivered a first-class event! Committee Chair Karen Bronson reports a tremendous response from the community with over 25 business and individual sponsors, a great number of participants from towns as far as Leominster, Warwick, RI and beyond, and numerous volunteers all supporting our efforts to enhance and protect Manchaug Pond. Race day weather was superb and the lake during the autumn season provided the most beautiful backdrop of any race in the valley!
