Get your running shoes and grab a friend… it’s time for The Dam Race!

Take a friend to The Dam Race or sponsor to get your name on the t-shirt!

There are plenty of ways to participate and we hope you can join us!  Register today to run, walk, push a stroller, volunteer, donate, sponsor or just come on down and cheer ’em on for this year’s Manchaug Pond’s The Dam Race 5K Run and 3K Health Walk!

So here’s what to do:

1. MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Race day is Saturday, October 18th with a 9:30 a.m. start.

2. REGISTER: If you haven’t already, get your pen and print out our registration form or register online. Do it today or tomorrow, October 1st, to reserve your free t-shirt!

3. ASK A FRIEND, neighbor, or family member to join you! Fun for all ages, this year we have prizes and categories for the top three male and female runners in ages 0-20, 21-40 and 40+. Post-race runners’ raffles and refreshments at the finish line for all to enjoy.

4. CONSIDER BEING A SPONSOR: New this year, everyone can get their name on the runner t-shirt through our sponsorship program! Businesses big and small, individuals and families, all can sponsor.

  1. Last years race was fun for all. I am happy to have my name on the shirt for $100.00 donation to show my appreciation for a full lake at this time of year.
